It seems like most of the clients who go there for nail services find themselves happy with the end product. Four employees named Jessica, Candy, Macy and Leslie are apparently very good at their jobs. Clients say they are very professional and knowledgeable which a good thing considering how some nail salons tend to ruin peoples nails.
CONS BASED ON GOOGLE REVIEWS: There was however a bad review concerning House Of Lux’s gift certificates. One customer was complaining that she received one that was supposed to be valid for four years but when she wanted to use it she was told that they were bought out by another company so they unfortunately couldn’t honor them any more.

Clients that have been going there for years say the staff are very kind and friendly. They’ve never been disappointed with the quality of work they get from here. The most requested nail technicians there are Natalie, Miss Asia, and the owner Vu who is pays great attention to detail and is great at doing acrylic nails.
CONS BASED ON GOOGLE REVIEWS: A small number of clients complained about their end product. One lady in particular said she got a French tip but the white line did not come out straight. Things like this unfortunately happen once in blue moon but it’s something we cant hold against them because the overall view is 5 Star Nails does a great job.
